We want you and your baby to be happy with your purchase of our baby pillow. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. That's why we offer a 10 days return and refund policy for our pet bed.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us within 10 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@pompuff.com and provide your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to pack and ship your item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. We will refund the full amount of your purchase, excluding the original shipping cost, to the same payment method you used to place your order. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for pet bed that have been used, washed, damaged, stained, or altered in any way.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it and we will replace it or refund you at no extra cost. You will need to provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

To keep your baby bolster fresh and clean, follow these simple steps:
Every three months, take off any covers or protectors and let the baby bolster breathe in the sun and air for an hour on each side. You can also gently vacuum the bolster to remove any dust or dirt.
If you need to fluff up the baby bolster you can put it in the dryer on a no-heat or air-only setting. However, the best way to refresh the baby pillow is to use the natural power of the sun and air.
If your baby bolster gets stained or smelly, you can use a mixture of one part distilled white vinegar and three parts water to spray on the affected area. Then, place the baby bolster in direct sunlight and let it dry completely. You may need to repeat this process a few times until the stain or odor is gone. Alternatively, you can use a non-toxic spot cleaner or odor remover as instructed on the label. Make sure the baby pillow is fully dry before using it again.
Do not dry clean your baby bolster , as this may damage the natural fibers.
