RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase of our products. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. That's why we offer a 10 days return and refund policy for our cushions.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 10 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@pompuff.com and provide your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to pack and ship your item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. We will refund the full amount of your purchase, excluding the original shipping cost, to the same payment method you used to place your order. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for cushions that have been used, washed, damaged, stained, or altered in any way.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it and we will replace it or refund you at no extra cost. You will need to provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
